Domestic orders within Türkiye are shipped via DHL eCommerce (MNG Kargo).

International orders are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Türkiye. Our main warehouse is located in Antalya.

Domestic Shipping (Türkiye)

• Free shipping is available on orders over 5,000 TL.
• For orders below 5,000 TL, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

• All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to the sender due to failure to clear customs or accept delivery, the order will be cancelled and shipping charges will not be refunded.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

A signature may be required upon delivery for most shipments. We recommend ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address during business hours to receive the package.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

In the event of a return, the product cost will be refunded. However, shipping charges and return shipping costs to our warehouse may be deducted from the refund amount.
