SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that order processing times begin after payment is completed and are separate from shipping times.
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Deliveries are made on business days between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM.
Please note that delays may occur during high order volumes or due to shipping company issues. These circumstances are beyond our control, but we will do our best to manage the process as quickly as possible.

We currently work with the following shipping company:
• All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Where Will My Order Be Shipped From?
• All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse in the Netherlands.
Your order total does not include import taxes or customs duties.
Shipping and Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed on the payment screen.
Standard Shipping: €25 (Free for orders over €250)
Your order may be subject to import duties and customs fees. These fees vary depending on your destination country and are collected by the respective authorities. They are not covered by our company and are the responsibility of the customer.
In case of returns, you will receive a full refund, including local sales taxes. However, shipping fees and return costs to our warehouse in the Netherlands will be deducted from the refund amount.
Are Customs and Import Duties Applied?
• All EU orders are shipped from the Netherlands, so orders from EU member countries may be exempt from taxes and customs duties. However, we recommend checking with your local customs office for confirmation.
(Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland are part of the European Economic Area but are not EU member states.)
• For non-EU countries, local customs authorities may apply import duties and customs fees. Since we cannot predict these fees in advance, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
• We do not refund customs fees. Additionally, if a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties, we reserve the right to deduct the associated costs from your refund.
• Orders placed in EURO currency will be shipped from our EU warehouse in the Netherlands. This helps prevent customs duties and taxes on shipments within the EU. Please check your local customs and tax regulations before placing an order.
• Your order total does not include import taxes or customs duties.
How to Track Your Order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nodesignstore.com with your name and order number.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days for unused and original-condition items.
